I have spoken with IQFeed and they have been able to substantially duplicate the problem I am reporting when they use IQFeed V5.0.0.1 and SC V976, and are trading AAPL. When they do the same thing with other chart platforms they don't experience the problem. Again, you will only be able to observe the problem if you start in the pre-market or take a look at the data in the after market period.
