Over the past week, I received several pop up messages that the version of Sierra Charts that I was using was out of date and could cause problems with trades. Yesterday I received a pop up that told me my version would no longer connect (in the near future) and that I needed to update my program. The pop up told me to go to my chart, click on help and download the updated program. I did this, downloaded the program, it loaded, but when I went to start-up the new program nothing happened. Since that time, I have gone to your web site and downloaded several versions of Sierra Charts - none would start up. I even deleted all versions of Charts from my computer and then downloaded - same result. I can now not access anything in my trading program and can not use it to trade. I need help on this right away. Thank you.
