I did subscribe for the Integrated Package 11(1 yr in advance) yesterday, and today just made a payment for the Denali data. My issue is this : I've tried to connect to Teton CME Routing , but it seems that does not work , and an error connection pops up. I believe I did everything right, follow all the instructions regarding to submit all the Docs/Certifications, but probably I missed something, which Im little lost now. Could you kindly help me with this issue please ? Thanks so much on advance and I'm looking forward to your valuable support. Best Michele |
