Hello Sierra Chart Account Support, My account [Thabile Vilakazi ] is on the free trial (Message Log shows Usage end date: 2026-11-17). Software version 2980 64-bit, Windows. Problem: in Global Settings > Data/Trade Service Settings, every service in the Current Selected Service list shows "(Not enabled on package)", including SC Data, Trading Evaluator - Delayed and Teton CME Routing. Only "No Service" is selectable. When I click Connect to Data Feed, the Message Log shows: "Service Package does not support this function or account is expired." The Account Control Panel says I am on a Trial. I have set Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No, as the Delayed Exchange Data Feed page instructs. I want to use the free delayed CME data (NQ/MNQ) to evaluate footprint charts. Can you please check my account and enable the delayed data service included in the free trial? Thank you. |
