Hello, i'm contacting you today because i made a big mistake. More exactly, i haven't informed beforehand, and i bought the sierra chart package 10 and the denali exchange feed. To be honest, I don't have the posibilities right now to open a live account with 100$, therefore i would like to ask you for a refund to my credit card if possible.
