Short answer: no. Sierra Chart has no internal keyboard method for moving MDI child windows pixel-by-pixel.

Why Alt+F7 fails: chart windows are Win32 MDI children inside the main container — not top-level windows. GNOME/WM-level shortcuts (Alt+F7, Ctrl+arrows) only operate on the outer SC window; the children are invisible to the window manager.

What the KB actually documents (verified across docs + support board):

The only move method is left-click and drag the title bar — or, when the title bar is hidden, drag along the very top edge of the window (doc/ChartMenu.html, "Moving Chart Window").
SC implements the move loop itself — Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Multiple Document Interface (MDI) and Custom Title Bar Settings >> Use Outline Window Move for MDI Child Windows swaps live-window dragging for an outline rectangle (their CPU optimization). The docs describe only mouse dragging for both modes.
No "Move" command exists on the Window menu, and Customize Keyboard Shortcuts has no window-move command to bind.
v2827 (thread 102551, support board) added a system menu for MDI children, but it's a custom reimplementation — SC explicitly notes there's no graphical top-left icon "yet", and no Move entry is mentioned anywhere.
One undocumented thing worth a 10-second try (not in the docs, unverified): in classic Windows MDI apps, Alt+Hyphen opens the child's system menu → Move → arrow keys nudge pixel-by-pixel → Enter. Since SC did implement a system menu for MDI children, that chord may pass through. Zero hits for "Alt+Minus" in the corpus, so if it doesn't respond, there's simply no such path — the honest fallback is dragging, or a feature request on the support board.
