Hello Sierra Chart Support, My Sierra Chart trial is active until November 5, 2026. In Data/Trade Service Settings, SC Data shows "Not enabled on package". I selected MESZ26-CME from the Free Trial Symbols list, but the chart remains blank and historical data does not download. I would like to test the available delayed futures chart and Trading DOM during my trial without purchasing a paid package. Could you please check my trial data access and advise whether it can be enabled? Thank you. |
