While on a Trial, you are not able to connect to data and trading services. The purpose of the trial is for you to get familiar with Sierra Chart and determine if it is a good fit for your trading needs. If you want to connect to Rithmic, then you will need to change to a paid package, and specifically one of the "Integrated" packages, which allow you to connect to data and trading services. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing We do not support MBO data from any source other than our own Denali Exchange Data Feed. So you will not see any MBO data when you are connected to Rithmic. And in order to view the MBO data, you need to be on the "Integrated Advanced with MBO" package.
