Hello Sierra Chart Support, I installed Sierra Chart version 2882. The About window shows approximately 14 days of remaining usage time, ending November 4, 2026. However, my Account Control Panel says "Usage Time Expired" and "Restricted." The SC Data service also says "Not enabled on package." Could you please check my account and help resolve this inconsistency? I would also like to know whether I can test COMEX Gold Futures (GC) historical data, Numbers Bars (Footprint), and Chart Replay during the trial period. Thank you. |
