If you do not already have confirmations turned on, then please turn these on for that chart. You may have to set the Global option to have these appear. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Disable Order Confirmations - Global (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> General >> Confirmations) And refer to the following for where you turn them on for an individual chart: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Menu >> Order Confirmations (chart specific) Then, put in an order and when the confirmation comes up, please get us an image of that confirmation. This will let us see exactly what kind of order you are entering and the price.
