You have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live account in order to verify your non-professional standing. We know this, as we keep track of it through the "Verified Until" date for your account. Right now, that date is showing as "0000-00-00", meaning you have never connected to a live account. This date must be in the future in order to get the real-time data at the non-professional rates. When you make a good connection to your live trading account, this date will update to 30 days in the future.
