There is not an easy way to get the POC, VAH, and VAL for just a single session. The best way to do this would be to use the "Volume Value Area Lines" study to get the POC, VAH, and VAL as individual subgraphs for the periods you want, and then use the Spreadsheet Study to pull out the specific data you want and display it for just that period you want.
