Account: bonton Trial active until: 2026-11-05 23:59:59 UTC (per Account Control Panel - Activate Services) Issue: In Global Settings - Data/Trade Service Settings, every single service in the list shows "(Not enabled on package)" - including SC Data, which per your documentation should provide free real-time cryptocurrency data (Binance, Bitfinex, BitMEX, Coinbase, Deribit) during the free trial period. What I have already tried: 1. Completed/updated all account profile information (it was initially flagged as incomplete) - confirmed via Message Log: "Successfully processed Sierra Chart account data." 2. Selected SC Data as the current service and applied the setting (Apply All / OK). 3. Fully exited and restarted Sierra Chart (not just reloaded charts) to force a fresh login/account sync. 4. Pressed File - Connect to Data Feed (F11). None of the above changed the "(Not enabled on package)" status. Historical/intraday data downloads are also blocked for every symbol with the message "Historical data service client indicated that downloads are not enabled." Could you please check/activate the data service entitlement for this trial account? I am specifically interested in testing the free cryptocurrency data (Binance) that should be included in the trial. Thank you. |
