Description: I'm experiencing significant delays with NTFY push alerts sent from Sierra Chart via push.sierrachart.com. Alerts are arriving approximately 5-30 minutes late rather than within the expected 1–2 seconds. Details: Notification method: NTFY Push server: push.sierrachart.com NTFY app platform: APPLE Observed delay: ~30 minutes Frequency: Consistent, not intermittent Troubleshooting already performed: Confirmed Battery Saver and Data Saver are disabled on the device. Questions: Is the reported delay with push.sierrachart.com → NTFY still a known issue? Is there a recommended NTFY configuration (e.g., specific server URL, topic settings, or app version) that avoids the reconnecting behavior in the interim? Are there any server-side logs you can check for my account to confirm whether alerts are being delivered to the push server promptly and the delay occurs afterward? |
