- Service: Rithmic Direct - DTC [trading] - Server: LucidTrading-Chicago Area-Hello, Since Thursday 2026-10-08 around 18:34 ET my Sierra Chart cannot connect to Rithmic (Lucid Trading account). It worked normally before that, with real-time data and the DTC trading connection. I have sent the Message Log with "Send For Analysis". Setup:Non-Aggregated (other servers/areas tried as well, same result) - Sierra Chart version: 2968 (prerelease; the problem started on 2957) - Windows 11, no VPN What the log shows on every attempt: 1. HTTPS connection to downloads.rithmic.com:443 (TLS 1.3): "Encryption stream error encountered when processing received data", then "HTTP response receiving connection points not completed or OK." 2. Sierra then connects to rsc.rithmic.com port 50569 (184.105.22.231) and fails with Windows error 10060 (connection timed out). "Failed connections" keeps increasing. What I have checked / tried: - Updated Sierra Chart from 2957 to 2968 (prerelease) and restarted Sierra Chart and the PC. - Tried other Lucid servers / areas in the Server list: same error. - From the same PC, outside Sierra Chart, downloads.rithmic.com:443 is reachable and returns HTTP 200 with both TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3, so the internet connection and system clock are fine. - Port 50569 on all rsc.rithmic.com addresses (208.97.247.100, 184.105.22.231, 38.65.210.70) does not accept connections from this PC. Could you please check whether this is a Rithmic / gateway problem or an issue with the connection-points download in Sierra Chart, and which server or port I should use?
