Where are you trying to download this from? We do not have specific downloads on our website. If you find a study that you are interested in on our "Custom Studies Store", then you would need to contact the developer of that study and work with them to get the study. Most likely, they are setup to use our file distribution system so that the files you sign up for with them, are automatically downloaded to your system when you start Sierra Chart. But, in the end, how they distribute is up to the individual developer.
