I am trying to download a shared file named Chartbook 3.Cht that was shared with me by Gary Miguel. My Sierra Chart Message Log shows: Downloading user file: 143705 Users files to download complete File server indicated file is not available to download: 143705 User files to download complete Previously, Chartbook 3.Cht and Gary Miguel appeared under Enable Studies and Files set to Download/Shared Files. They are no longer listed there. The Shared Files tables now completely empty. Can you please check file 143705 and tell me why it is no longer available to download, and what needs to be done so I can download Chartbook 3.Cht? I have also sent my complete Sierra Chart Message Log using Message Log> Send for Analysis for this support request. |
