The exchange that you had active in September with our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group did not automatically renew on October 1, 2026 due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.

As such, you are now getting your data from Rithmic, and this is why you are not getting the historical backfill data. This could be caused by not having the "Historical Data" Username/Password filled out on the "Data/Trade Service Settings", but it is also a known issue with the Rithmic data. Refer to the following:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy

If you want to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to add enough funds to your account and then you can activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data for the CME Group at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

After you setup the Denali data, then we recommend going to your charts and deleting all the data from October 1, 2026, and forward, as this is Rithmic data. This will also fill in any missing data from that time. Follow the instructions at the following link for how to do this:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart

You only need to go through the process of delete and redownload once for each symbol. You do not need to do it for every chart.
