It is very unusual for Sierra Chart to just lock up. You have a lot of custom studies that you could potentially be using. And from what you state about the fact that your study never returns, the most likely, the issue you are referring to is a custom study issue. Our recommendation would be to run Sierra Chart in "Safe Mode" for a couple of days and see if you have the same issue. If you do not, then the issue is related to a custom study somewhere. We do not have any way to know what study would be causing the issue. This is something you would need to troubleshoot yourself.
