I use 3 instances of Sierra Chart on a single PC. When I add a 3rd instance, I always get the following in the message log, and every 60 seconds there's another attempt at connecting: 2026-09-27 08:20:16.486 | Denali Data Feed | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsForSameDevice = 3, NumCurrentConnectionsForSameDevice = 5 1. I only have 3 instances of Sierra Chart installed on my PC. 2. I have the setting: Global Settings > General Settings > Always Use 'Data' Folder within Main Folder set to: Yes Can you please look at the backend to see why I am exceeding 3 connections? Thank you |
