Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Sierra Chart Trial Package and would appreciate some assistance. My Trial Package is currently active until October 12, 2026, so the trial itself has not expired. However, when I try to connect to the data feed, Sierra Chart shows: “SC Data not enabled on package” As a result, the platform remains “Not Connected” and I am unable to load data. I was able to use the trial and access data previously, but this suddenly stopped working. I have already tried disconnecting and reconnecting to the Data Feed, but this did not resolve the issue. I have also noticed another user reporting what appears to be the same issue with an active Trial Package. Could you please check whether my Trial Package and SC Data service entitlement are correctly activated on my account, and let me know what I need to do to restore the connection?
