Dear SC support team, I use SC and I trade via Rithmic account from one of the prop firms. For display I use data from CME for which acces I bought at SC. For ES (I havent checked other symbols) I constantly (every 30 min or so) I stop receiving data for like 1-2 minutes. Then it starts coming again. Often in areas where more volitality sits. This is causing issues as in my entry areas which are linked to volitality areas I am suddenly blind as no data is coming. Any idea what and where to check? Thanks in advance! |
