Hi: 1) The $SPX chart is a problem. I cannot get streaming data for the last three days. It is stuck on the same price despite trying all the suggestions in the Help pages. A jpg is attached. 2) In fast moving markets like today, Sierra lags behind the real price by three, four, even five points and even the candles do not form till hours later. This is a regular occurrence causing losses that are totally avoidable. Is this being rectified? When? Regards, E Sequeira |
