if you want to subscribe to Denali realtime-data you've to connect to a real live account once a month, otherwise you just get delayed data. Without it you can connect your Rithmic-data from Apex, but this is not a good solution, because you'll have a lot of problems and don't a lot of historical data. Denali data is great, if you've it for realtime data, you can use the Rithmic-connection just for order-routing.
