There is an issue with Rithmic Market Depth in the latest releases. This is due to some changes in DTC that Rithmic has not updated yet. They have been informed and we believe they are working on it, but we have not heard when they expect to have it resolved. Please go back to the previous release you were using prior to updating by selecting "Help >> Install Previous Version". If that version does not resolve it, then let us know and we will find a version where this is not an issue.
