Hi team, I am facing an issue with my Rithimic lucid account(L2 enabled). The issue:- The market depth(Bid size and ask size ) in DOM updates at the moment of connection and then freezes. So as a result in the DOM, the price moves along the price scale but the bid and ask market size show no change or don't update. Completely frozen. Inadvertently this also affects the pull stack column which appears as soon the data feed connection is established but then stays frozen without any change further. I checked the logs to understand on whose side the issue lies, but I couldn't understand much. It is certainly nots a permission denied issue. Also, I have a second installation of Sierra to facilitate Rithmmic like as you guys have advised with regards to different trade services The correct server has been chosen as advised by Lucid. Global setting >> Data/Trade service settings >> Commomm settings >> commmon other settings >> Allow support for Sierra chart data feeds is set to No. In open market depth window all the 40+ levels are shown but there too everything is frozen with no update across all the levels. |
