The support for multiple live data sources only extends to the use of the Denali feed plus any feed that is provided by the current connected trade account. If there is anything beyond that, I am not aware of it. In that case, please explain how to set this up. 'Multiple live accounts' should be replaced by 'multiple trade connections' on the list, to make it clearer what is needed. The requirement of having chartbooks running in its own subprocess goes along the same argument as having SC sub-instances. The problem with sub-instances is that they require their own data storage / disk footprint. If you enable market depth data, this becomes enormous! Bots/algos require a lot of processing time, especially if spreadsheets are also involved. If you take e.g. MNQ data, we can get a daily volume of 4M. At peaks this does overstrain the processing capacity of SC when running multiple bots/chartbooks. You cannot say that running chartbooks in their own subprocess is an "impossibility". This is simply not true. I have programmed similar things myself in applications. What you do with the graphics output is a different story. But the data processing/calculation can certainly be separated for each chartbook if you have a reasonable software architecture. |
