What you need to do is set the chart to the time zone of the exchange and it is fine to use either US Central Time or Eastern Time. You will never have to change, any of the Session times. And there are not various time zone adjustments throughout the year. There is just simply the change from daylight savings time on and off, but that does not change at all the session times for CME futures.
