We decided to look into this, just to make sure everything is working as expected. If you are reloading the chart with Chart >> Reload and Recalculate, what is called the Trades list in the chart is completely reset and refilled with order fills. This will not fail. Another thing you can do is enable and disable Trade >> Show Order Fills. We do see there are some conditions which should expressly cause reloading the order fills through Chart Settings like changing the Trade and Current Quote Symbol but the Chart gets reloaded in this condition anyway.
