We can not say that the issue is related to having a single keystroke setup for a shortcut for your system, but we have seen people have a key stuck on their keyboard, which then generated multiple orders. We think this may be what occurred in your case. You should not use a single key for a keyboard shortcut for this reason, and the fact that the operating system often intercepts these and they do not always work properly.
