Since you want to get the data from Rithmic, you need to do the following: - Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". - Enter the Username/Password for the Market Dat and Historical Data on the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings". You have to have these entered in order to get the data from Rithmic. If you get the "Permission Denied" error in this case, then we do not have a solution for you.
