1. Yes. 2. We do not know. But we would expect it to always be available but perhaps it is not available for some contracts from a long time ago like in the 1970s. But we really just do not know. We are just speculating. If you see open interest data missing then it is just not there. But we would not expect any problems with open interest data for the last 20-30 years or so.
