Post From: Data stops loading into specific charts

Hello,

I have a chartbook with multiple symbols. The chartbook is not new and has worked flawlessly for a long time. I have not changed anything - same machine, same Internet connection, same data service (Teton for futures execution, Denali for everything else). Charts (including price, volume bars, PNF charts, profiles, ladders) for 2 of the symbols in the book stop updating sometime during the day. They simply stop moving and the time axis shows that timestamp as of the last update. Once stalled, they do not come back. The weird thing is that other charts in same chartbook for other symbols keep updating. The only way I can get the data updated is by forcing a full reload via edit / delete all data and download. This brings it current. Until the next session where they stop downloading data and updating again. Reload and recalculate does not work. Only delete and download. This particular chartbook is heavy, but it has been working well for a long time until recently. The problem isn't intermittent. It started happening every day. The only other thing I can say is that not always, but on most days, the updates appear to continue during the overnight session, but appear to fail after the cash session starts, so maybe it has something to do with the speed of incoming data or throughput? I have another chartbook open that is even heavier in another instance of SC on the same computer and that one doesn't have this issue, including for the same symbols that fail in the first chartbook. Therefore the issues does not appear to be primarily due to the machine, the overall SC setup, or even those specific symbols because I'm getting the same data for them without interruption in the other SC instance.
