Two things that may help when you get a chance to look into it: 1. I'm glad to assist from the client side — I can run test connections against the Teton order routing servers on request and provide precise logs (TCP/TLS behavior, LOGON_REQUEST/response bytes, timing). If the technical reason turns out to be something client-adaptable (a specific encoding, session binding to a Sierra Chart instance, an allowlist), I'll adapt my client to whatever the requirement is. 2. In the meantime, is the recommended supported approach to run a Sierra Chart instance with its DTC Protocol server enabled as the local bridge for order routing? That's what I do today and it works well — my interest in the direct connection is removing the intermediary hop for reliability in a fully automated setup. |
