Yes, you used to be able to do everything you describe. But due to recent changes with the exchanges, we have had to change our policy about accessing data outside of Sierra Chart. This is something that just came up in the past week, which is why there are references to being able to do these things still around. So at this time, you are not allowed to access the data outside of the Sierra Chart program. You have to use ACSIL to access the data and you can only deal with it within the software.
