Hello Sierra Chart Support, I have two questions regarding historical data. 1. Switching Current Service and Intraday Data Time Unit I sometimes need to switch the **Current Service** and the **Intraday Data Storage Time Unit**. However, after switching these settings and then switching back, Sierra Chart requires me to delete the existing data and download the historical data again. I am using **1-Tick data**, so downloading several months of data takes a very long time. Is there any way to switch between different Current Services and Intraday Data Storage Time Units without deleting all of the existing data? For example, when I switch back to a previous setting, can Sierra Chart keep the data that has already been downloaded and only download the missing data? 2. Using 1-Tick data and 1-Second data at the same time Is it possible to have some charts use **1-Tick data** and other charts use **1-Second data** at the same time? For some charts, I do not need 1-Tick precision, so I would prefer to use 1-Second data to reduce the amount of historical data that needs to be downloaded and stored. Thank you. |
