Unfortunately, I'm not seeing the same results on my end. I reset the ECIVwapV1.5 study back to defaults and then loaded up a fresh historical chart and attempted to build the chart from scratch to replicate your results. I'm still seeing the same skewed, unusable chart. I have included a screen shot.
