1. We do not know the answer to this. However, as the data comes from the NASDAQ TotalView data feed, it is passed through immediately to Sierra Chart. 2. Yes it is passed through to the DTC Protocol server, but all of the market data is blocked from NASDAQ because it is not allowed for us to provide that through the DTC Protocol server.
