Support, I utilize version 2718, since its initial release. Rithmic is the data feed. 2718 functioned properly without issue until several hours ago. Now, historical intraday data is unavailable. I logged off the system as usual at a time during the day. When I logged into the system again, only market data from the time of my login and forward is available, no history. I have R Trader as a supplementary platform. It functions properly with historical data. I have not made any recent login credential changes or hardware modifications that could be the root of this issue. Please help resolve this problem.
