Please check the Stationary text, since the following it's not happening: When using the Stationary Text tool, the text you enter is positioned relative to the top left of the chart window. Therefore as you scroll the chart, it always remains stationary.
It behaves exactly like the simple Text Tool: if I scroll the chart, it moves. |
