otherwise if you go through the history of my requests (there are a total of 20 from all my posts here) then no one answered me for most of them. I only make requests for native things that I obviously can't implement in the Sierrachart interface. These are just suggestions .... I understand that the support has a lot of work of its own, but at the same time I think that writing simple "Yes / No" does not have to hurt anyone.
Your requests are marked as internally a feature request. So they are kept track of. This thread is marked as a feature request. And we are going through all the feature requests and working through them. It is not simple to give a yes or no answer. To give a yes answer to a feature request means we have to study what is being requested and understand it and consider it. This takes time which we cannot allocate at the time you make a posting. And if we say yes we are going to add something and it comes 6 years later, the yes is not meaningful. It is essentially a no. And we do not want to say no either unless we are very sure something cannot be done. So it is not simple for us to give a yes/no. The fact that we are following up on this thread six years later, shows we have not forgotten about this. It is in the database and we are aware of it. What we do plan to add is a new Period Type for the Volume by Price study to be based on the zig zag study. This will be added we expect this year.
