Why do you believe that the M period should go to that price? Do you know the exact times that are covered by that period? If so, then what is the price range for that period when you look at it on a regular bar chart? If you are referring to that entire TPO going to that price, then what are the times that are covered by that TPO Profile? Have you looked at those times on a non-TPO chart to see if those are matching as you expect?
