The notices you received stated something like the following: Your Services Balance of 4.50 USD is not sufficient to cover the cost of
52 USD for the Services enabled on your Sierra Chart account which are scheduled to be renewed within 14 days. The reference to 14 days is NOT when your account will actually renew, but is just telling you that you that you are short funds for ALL items that will be renewing within 14 days. That notice does not give any specific dates for when those renewals are actually coming due. Your package has been set to renew on July 29, 2026 since you added an additional month on June 2, 2026. With the Emergency Account Activation, you now have until August 4, 2026. Just after midnight on August 5, 2026 in UTC time, is when the actual account renewals occur. If you have enough funds in your account, then it will be renewed, otherwise it will be put in an expired state.
