First, it is absolutely mandatory that Sierra Chart is up-to-date. Make sure it is up-to-date. Update instructions:

And it is also mandatory that you save the Chartbook after making changes to it. This can be done with File >> Save when the Chartbook is open and visible.

When we opened the Chartbook, there were no minimized windows. We then minimized randomly about 3 of them. We closed the Chartbook, saved it when prompted and we reopened it and the windows were still minimized. There is no problem here.

After minimizing the windows that you want, by using the minimize button at the top right of the window, also select Window >> Arrange Minimized Windows. This should not matter but we want you to do it anyway. And then save the Chartbook.

There should not be any problem going forward. If there is, we have no idea why, and this is not reproducible. It would have to be associated with an operating system level problem but that would seem unlikely.
