It looks like the Bar Chart Historical Data service has a limit of 5,000 max downloads per month. I'm running a python stock scanner that's connected with Sierra Chart and it relies on reading .dly files. The only way for it to work and be up-to-date is by downloading daily historical data of all ~12,000+ US non-OTC stocks/ETFs every single day via Download Data for Associated Watchlist Symbols. I tried the batch download and I've already been blocked for the month after downloading a little less than half the symbols.
