Dear Sierra Chart Support, I am writing to formally request the permanent deletion of my Sierra Chart account. I also request the deletion of all my personal data associated with my account, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), except for any information you are legally required to retain. Additionally, I would like to request a refund of my most recent monthly subscription payment. I would appreciate it if you could review my request and let me know whether a refund can be issued. Please confirm once my account has been deleted, my personal data has been erased (or specify any data you are legally required to retain), and inform me of the outcome of my refund request.
