We are still confused by the images. Are you saying that when you open the chartbook with the charts for SPY, it sets the windows correctly, but when you open the chartbook with the charts for QQQ it does not? Does it matter the order in which you are opening the chartbooks? Or is it always the SPY charts are correct and the QQQ charts are not? If we are understanding this correctly, then please get us an image of the QQQ charts before you exit from Sierra Chart. And when you exit, be sure you select the option to save the chartbook.
