When setting "Use Windows Standard Libraries", the DLL will work on any system without Visual C++ installed as long as you follow step 8 here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_VCExpress.php#ConfigureProject This we are certain of. Unless the option we mention in step 8 is not available in your version of Visual C++ but it should be because you can statically link to MFC. The dependency that is being created and prevents the DLL from working on other systems is not with MFC, but what is known as the Visual C++ runtime libraries. These are separate from MFC.
