Hello Sierra Chart Support, Please disable the automatic renewal of my Sierra Chart service package. Please also deactivate my Denali Exchange Data Feed (CME market data) subscription so that it does not renew after the end of my current billing period. I do not want any further automatic renewals or charges. Please confirm once these changes have been completed. I have decided to trade only Crypto and no longer want futures data or services Thank you. |
