I think I'm good. I adjusted the NTP Settings as per the SC documentation - 15 second polling with SC MidWest Server selected. PFA I'll monitor the 'DD' today, if volume spikes from 2:30 - 4 PM EST and I'll confirm as well tomorrow morning for sure. Now that my local time is set from your servers, I'll have to use my phone as a control at least up to seconds. Thank you again. Gary
